Concierge Assset Management received two annual National Awards from SatisFacts Research for 2003. The first award was the "Superior Portfolio" Score Award, which was achieved by the Concierge portfolio averaging a Superior score from resident telephone surveys.

The second was the "Top 5" Portfolio Score for Companies under 5,000 units (700,000 units in survey). Concierge is committed to resident satisfaction and the SatisFacts reports are very instrumental in evaluating needs from the time a prospect walks in the door. The reports help management develop marketing plans, resident retention programs, and overall management plans. This enables Concierge to focus on reducing controllable turnover while maximizing the bottom line.

Because of our attention to detail, we have won awards for rental marketing, landscaping, and property beautification.

Social and community improvements are important components of our business ethic. We have earned recognition from local civic leaders in most cities where our early and timely capital improvement programs have set an example that other property owners have followed.




Receiving first place award for our Concierge Operations Manual. Our manual was chosen from over 170 entries in the IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) competition.

The manual covers everything from "guerrilla marketing" of apartments to no-nonsense rental collection procedures.
