Management
Maxwell Bruce Drever
Founder & Chairman
Maxwell has been a value-added real estate investor of apartments as well as industrial, office, and retail properties for approximately 40 years. Mr. Drever formed Concierge after the sale of his predecessor firm, Drever Partners, Inc. ("DPI"), to Walden Residential Properties, Inc. (NYSE) in 1997 at a value of over $600 million. DPI's portfolio consisted of 79 apartment communities with over 18,000 units. DPI, formed in 1985 in San Francisco, raised successive private equity funds to close purchases more quickly than its competitors and acquire thousands of apartment units and notes from troubled borrowers and financial institutions including the U.S. government-owned Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC).
