We turned an abandoned activity building into a state-of-the-art fitness center.  We also added a juice bar and a cybercafé with personal computers and a laser printer.  All buildings were given country manor facades, and the grounds were enhanced with park-style landscaping including shrubs, flowers, and trees to improve curb appeal.
