CEO & Founder
As CEO, Noah oversees Imprint Property Group, Drever Management Company & Drever Construction Company
Noah brings 15+ years in real estate expertise, with experience in overseeing dispositions, recapitalizations opportunities, asset/portfolio management, investor relations, capital markets (both debt and equity), and acquisitions, including those through nonperforming loans and bankruptcies. He has repositioned or developed 10,000+ multifamily and senior housing apartments.
Noah holds an MBA from The Middlebury Institute of International Studies, with a concentration in international finance and a BA in English from Colorado College.
Noah is an FAA-certified instrument-rated pilot, avid Beekeeper, and is a Master Falconer.
Carrie Ruckhardt serves as President for Drever Management Company and is responsible for providing operational oversight, leadership, and support to the entire Imprint Property Group portfolio. Carrie has 20 plus years of experience in the senior living industry. She has worked in many facets of the industry and has a true passion for seniors. Over the course of her career, she has worked through many regulatory, occupancy, and operating issues with a positive outcome. She has also been a grassroots advocate to provide support with long-term solutions in many areas the senior living industry faces. Carrie holds an MSW from Binghamton University, with an emphasis on Gerontology. Carrie actively participates in her local Rise Against Hunger Campaign and volunteers to support different community needs. Carrie lives in Upstate NY with her husband Michael and their beloved dogs Mertaugh & Riggs.
Regional Director of Operations
Manuel serves as the Regional Director of Operations for Drever Management Company and is responsible for the daily operations of our onsite teams and provides day-to-day support, leadership, and effectiveness to his employees. Manuel began his career in multifamily in 2005 and has extensive experience in various class of assets including new construction, lease-ups, and distressed sites. While climbing his way up from Leasing Specialist to Regional Supervisor, he developed a passion to train employees and assist them in elevating to their next roles. Manuel brings to DMC the ability to develop Rockstar Teams and assist in establishing these teams to perform to their fullest potential to benefit the asset. Outside of work, Manuel enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He and his partner, Gilbert, adore their two fur babies Bianca and Buster Boy, and devote all their time to spoiling them both with love and treats.
Director of Human Resources
Gary Taylor serves as Director of Human Resources for Drever Management Company and is responsible for providing human resources oversight, leadership, and support to the senior living portfolio. Gary has over 14 years of experience in the senior living industry. Gary is a passionate human resource professional with 12 years of progressive experience. Known for his knowledge as a trusted business partner to management, he simultaneously serves as an advocate for company employees.
Gary holds a Bachelor of Arts, with an emphasis in Human Resources, from DePaul University. He is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). His credentials include Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification in 2008. Gary lives in Chicago with his Teacup Teddy Bear Yorkie, Griffey. In his spare time, Gary enjoys cooking, photography, and officiates in several local sports groups.
Shon serves as the Maintenance Manager for Drever Management Company. He is responsible for the daily plant operations of our onsite teams and provides day-to-day support, leadership, and effectiveness to his maintenance teams. With 20 years of experience in commercial and residential maintenance, Shon Henton brings a plethora of expertise in new construction, multi-family, real estate renovations, and rehab, HVAC, plumbing, and more. He also holds numerous licenses in HVAC, CPO, and plumbing. Shon has been the recipient of numerous awards and acknowledgments, currently being nominated for the HAA 2020 Maintenance of the Year Award, as well as managing and overseeing properties that have honored him with the HAA Property of The Year for two years consecutively. He attributes his faith and family to being the true source of his success and enjoys being a catalyst in his community and church, actively spearheading and assisting in various forms of outreach to better people's lives.
Joe brings 5+ years of tax experience as he previously worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in the asset management tax practice. As an integral member of a public accounting firm, Joe worked with large private equity funds, mutual funds, and hedge funds where he was responsible for working through complex tax allocations as well as auditing tax information on financial statements that were filed with the SEC.
Joe holds a California CPA and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Joe studied at California State University-Chico and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting and finance. In his free time, Joe enjoys playing recreational soccer.
Jose comes from a small family office overseeing national and international health clubs around the world. He worked directly with the CFO managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Jose graduated from DePaul University in Chicago with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and two double minors in Commercial Chinese Studies and Geography and Urban Planning. He also received Chinese Language certifications from East China Normal University in Shanghai, China. In Jose’s free time, he enjoys being a foodie in San Francisco, traveling, and lounging around with his dog.

Isabelle Drever, Managing Director, combined her 17+ years’ experience in businesses and nonprofits focused on wellness, arts, culture, youth development, seniors and real estate for an emphasis in 55+ active adult and multifamily development/redevelopment.
Mitchell A. Karasov
J.D., Programs Director
Mitchell A. Karasov, J.D., Programs Director, established and operated a full-service elder law firm, which included geriatric care planning, for 23 years. For 25 years, he has created and collaborated on programs for residents of 55+ active adult/senior communities, as well as those for multi-generational and multi-ethnic families.
Resident Services Director
Isabel Campbell, Resident Services Director, has 10+ years’ experience in implementation systems for resident programs at 55+ active adult and multi-family communities, as well as senior services for geriatric care and elder law clients.
